WearShare is operated by Sky Universe Group Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0105567237081), 1575 New Phetchaburi Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok, Thailand. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and what you can do about it.

The short version. We store what you type into the app and the photos you choose to upload. We do not track you, we show no advertising, we use no analytics or advertising SDKs, and we never sell your data. There is no payment processing in the app — WearShare takes no commission and handles no money.

What we store

Data	Why
Email address	It is the only way to sign in. We send a six-digit code to it; there is no password.
Profile: display name, username, shop name, short bio, city, profile and cover image	So other members can see who they are dealing with.
Items you list: title, description, category, brand, size, condition, city, prices, photos	This is the listing itself.
Saved items and shops you follow	To show you your own saved list and your feed.
Messages, including photos you send in a chat, and whether a message was read	To deliver the conversation between you and the other member.
Reviews you write or receive	Public reputation. Ratings are counted from real reviews, never set by hand.
Members you block	To stop them contacting you. This is enforced on the server, not only in the app.

What we do not collect

No GPS or background location. The app has no location permission. The city on a listing is text you pick from a list.
No payment or card data. There is no checkout in the app. Members arrange payment between themselves.
No advertising ID, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics.
No contacts, calendar, microphone or health data.

Camera and photo library

The app asks for access to your photo library, and to the camera, only when you add photos to a listing or send a photo in a chat. Photos you pick are uploaded and stored so they can be shown in the app. Nothing is read from your library in the background.

Who processes data for us

Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in. Data is held on servers in the Asia-Pacific region.
Resend — sends the sign-in code to your email address.

Both act on our instructions only. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

What other members can see

Your profile, your listings and your reviews are visible to other members of the app. Your email address is not. Messages are visible only to you and the member you write to.

How long we keep it

Your profile and listings stay until you ask us to delete your account. Listings are never removed automatically — you can set a piece to sold or hidden at any time. Messages remain until the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days. Thai law applies, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

Children

WearShare is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep data from them. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

โปรไฟล์: ชื่อที่แสดง ชื่อผู้ใช้ ชื่อร้าน คำแนะนำตัวสั้น ๆ จังหวัด รูปโปรไฟล์และรูปปก	เพื่อให้สมาชิกคนอื่นรู้ว่ากำลังติดต่อกับใคร
รายการที่คุณลง: ชื่อ รายละเอียด หมวดหมู่ แบรนด์ ไซซ์ สภาพ จังหวัด ราคา และรูป	คือตัวประกาศเอง
รายการที่บันทึกไว้และร้านที่คุณติดตาม	เพื่อแสดงรายการที่คุณบันทึกและฟีดของคุณ
ข้อความ รวมถึงรูปที่ส่งในแชท และสถานะการอ่าน	เพื่อส่งบทสนทนาระหว่างคุณกับสมาชิกอีกฝ่าย
รีวิวที่คุณเขียนหรือได้รับ	เป็นชื่อเสียงสาธารณะ คะแนนนับจากรีวิวจริงเท่านั้น ไม่มีการตั้งค่าเอง
สมาชิกที่คุณบล็อก	เพื่อไม่ให้ติดต่อคุณได้ บังคับใช้ที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ไม่ใช่แค่ในแอป

สิ่งที่เราไม่เก็บ

กล้องและคลังรูปภาพ

แอปขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงคลังรูปภาพและกล้องเฉพาะตอนที่คุณเพิ่มรูปลงประกาศหรือส่งรูปในแชทเท่านั้น รูปที่คุณเลือกจะถูกอัปโหลดและจัดเก็บเพื่อแสดงในแอป ไม่มีการอ่านคลังรูปภาพเบื้องหลัง

ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ

โปรไฟล์และประกาศจะอยู่จนกว่าคุณจะขอลบบัญชี ประกาศจะไม่ถูกลบอัตโนมัติ คุณเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นขายแล้วหรือซ่อนไว้ได้ตลอดเวลา ข้อความจะอยู่จนกว่าบัญชีจะถูกลบ

สิทธิของคุณ

คุณขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไข หรือขอลบบัญชีพร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ เขียนมาที่อยู่ด้านล่าง เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย และคุณร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้

เด็ก

WearShare ไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยเจตนา หากพบว่ามีบัญชีของเด็ก โปรดแจ้งเรา แล้วเราจะลบให้

การเปลี่ยนแปลง

หากนโยบายนี้เปลี่ยน วันที่ด้านบนจะเปลี่ยนตาม การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญจะแจ้งในแอป
