Terms of Service

WearShare is operated by Sky Universe Group Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0105567237081), Bangkok, Thailand. By using the app you agree to these terms.

What WearShare is. A place where private people show their own clothing for rent or for sale, and talk to each other about it. WearShare provides the platform only. We are not a party to any agreement between members, we do not handle payment, and we take no commission.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to enter agreements.
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox secure.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings. Deleting removes your profile, your listings, your messages and your reviews.

What you may post

You may only list clothing and accessories that are yours and that you are allowed to rent out or sell. Your photos must show the actual piece.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour

There is no tolerance for content or behaviour of this kind, and accounts responsible for it are removed without notice:

Nudity, sexual content, or clothing shown in a sexualised way
Insults, harassment, threats, stalking, or unwanted repeated contact
Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or anything illegal to sell in Thailand
Photos of other people used without their permission, or images taken from other shops or websites
Fraud, false descriptions, or fake reviews
Spam, advertising for other services, or bulk messaging

Reporting and enforcement. Every listing and every profile has a Report action in the app, and you can block any member so they can no longer contact you. Reports reach us directly. We review every report and act within 24 hours — objectionable content is removed and the account behind it is removed too. You can also write to support@sky-universe.com.

Rentals and sales between members

Any rental or sale is an agreement between the two members, not with us. You agree price, handover, deposit and return between yourselves. We do not hold deposits, do not process payments, and cannot enforce an agreement for you. Please meet in a public place and check the piece before you pay.

Your content stays yours

The photos and texts you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to show them inside WearShare so the app can work. That right ends when you delete the content or your account.

What we may do

We may remove content that breaks these terms, suspend or delete an account, and refuse service. Where it is reasonable we will say why.

No fee

Using WearShare currently costs nothing. There is no purchase in the app and no commission on what you earn. If that ever changes, you will be told before it applies to you.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not promise it is available without interruption or free of faults.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the conduct of members, for agreements between members, or for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

Governing law

Thai law applies. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand have jurisdiction.

WearShare คืออะไร พื้นที่ให้บุคคลทั่วไปนำเสื้อผ้าของตนเองมาปล่อยเช่าหรือขาย และพูดคุยกันเอง WearShare เป็นเพียงแพลตฟอร์ม เราไม่ได้เป็นคู่สัญญาระหว่างสมาชิก ไม่ยุ่งเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงิน และไม่เก็บค่าคอมมิชชัน

บัญชีของคุณ

คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 13 ปี และมีอายุตามกฎหมายที่ทำสัญญาได้ในที่ที่คุณอาศัยอยู่
เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยอีเมลและรหัสใช้ครั้งเดียว โปรดรักษาความปลอดภัยของอีเมลนั้น
หนึ่งคนหนึ่งบัญชี ห้ามแอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่น
คุณลบบัญชีได้ตลอดเวลาในแอปที่หน้าตั้งค่า การลบจะลบโปรไฟล์ ประกาศ ข้อความ และรีวิวของคุณ

สิ่งที่ลงประกาศได้

ลงได้เฉพาะเสื้อผ้าและเครื่องประดับที่เป็นของคุณและคุณมีสิทธิ์ปล่อยเช่าหรือขาย รูปต้องเป็นรูปของชิ้นนั้นจริง

ไม่ยอมรับเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสมและพฤติกรรมคุกคามโดยเด็ดขาด

เราไม่ยอมรับเนื้อหาหรือพฤติกรรมต่อไปนี้ และจะลบบัญชีที่กระทำโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า

ภาพเปลือย เนื้อหาทางเพศ หรือการนำเสนอเสื้อผ้าในเชิงยั่วยุทางเพศ
การดูหมิ่น คุกคาม ข่มขู่ ติดตามรบกวน หรือติดต่อซ้ำ ๆ โดยไม่ต้องการ
ถ้อยคำสร้างความเกลียดชังหรือการเลือกปฏิบัติทุกรูปแบบ
สินค้าปลอม ของโจร หรือสิ่งที่ผิดกฎหมายในประเทศไทย
รูปของผู้อื่นที่ใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือรูปที่นำมาจากร้านหรือเว็บไซต์อื่น
การฉ้อโกง คำอธิบายเท็จ หรือรีวิวปลอม
สแปม การโฆษณาบริการอื่น หรือการส่งข้อความจำนวนมาก

การรายงานและการจัดการ ทุกประกาศและทุกโปรไฟล์มีปุ่ม รายงาน ในแอป และคุณบล็อกสมาชิกคนใดก็ได้เพื่อไม่ให้ติดต่อคุณอีก รายงานส่งถึงเราโดยตรง เราตรวจสอบทุกรายงานและดำเนินการภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง เนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมจะถูกลบ พร้อมกับบัญชีที่อยู่เบื้องหลัง หรือเขียนมาที่ support@sky-universe.com

การเช่าและการขายระหว่างสมาชิก

การเช่าหรือการขายเป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างสมาชิกสองฝ่าย ไม่ใช่กับเรา ราคา การส่งมอบ เงินมัดจำ และการคืนของ ตกลงกันเอง เราไม่ถือเงินมัดจำ ไม่ประมวลผลการชำระเงิน และบังคับข้อตกลงแทนคุณไม่ได้ ควรนัดพบในที่สาธารณะและตรวจสอบสินค้าก่อนชำระเงิน

เนื้อหายังเป็นของคุณ

รูปและข้อความที่คุณอัปโหลดยังเป็นของคุณ คุณให้สิทธิ์เราแสดงเนื้อหานั้นภายใน WearShare เพื่อให้แอปทำงานได้ สิทธิ์นี้สิ้นสุดเมื่อคุณลบเนื้อหาหรือลบบัญชี

สิ่งที่เราทำได้

เราลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดข้อกำหนด ระงับหรือลบบัญชี และปฏิเสธการให้บริการได้ เมื่อเหมาะสมเราจะแจ้งเหตุผล

ไม่มีค่าบริการ

ปัจจุบันการใช้ WearShare ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ไม่มีการซื้อในแอป และไม่มีค่าคอมมิชชันจากรายได้ของคุณ หากเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต จะแจ้งให้ทราบก่อน

ความพร้อมใช้งาน

เราพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ให้แอปใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงักหรือข้อผิดพลาด

ความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อพฤติกรรมของสมาชิก ข้อตกลงระหว่างสมาชิก หรือความเสียหายทางอ้อม ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดที่จำกัดไม่ได้ตามกฎหมายไทย

กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ใช้กฎหมายไทย ศาลในกรุงเทพมหานครมีเขตอำนาจ
