Delete your WearShare account

In short: you can delete your account yourself inside the app, in three taps. Everything you put into WearShare is removed with it. There is no waiting period and no email to write.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open WearShare and go to the MyShop tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its data are removed immediately. You are signed out and the email address can be used again for a fresh account at any time.

If you cannot open the app

Write to support@ws.sky-universe.com from the email address of the account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, what is kept

WearShare processes no payments and stores no payment data, so there is nothing of that kind to keep. Where Thai law requires us to retain a record of a specific report or a legal complaint, that single record is kept for as long as the law demands and for nothing else.

Delete single items instead

If you only want to remove one listing, open it in the app and choose Delete listing. To take a listing out of view without deleting it, set it to Hidden.
